Laundry/dish detergents, cooking spreads/sprays, baking paper/aluminium, etc.) - Minimal disposable utilities (ie. Toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, etc) irrespective of length of stay - Visable property damages (ie. Broken door handle, kicked in mailbox) or broken appliances (tv remote not working properly) - Storage of random/personal items of the (?)host in the property- Host expects most cleaning to be upheld by guests during their stay; with only floors, linens and towels suposedly refreshed between stays.
