Step onto the deck most mornings to watch the colorful hot air balloons with your Magic coffee and breakfast sandwich from Loosie Grind, which is steps away. Each evening, experience the magical fruit bats as they head out from their home on the Yarra River. Then take your pick of easily accessible transport to quickly get to Brunswick or Smith Street, or further into the City. Sleep each night in a quiet room and comfortable bed.
