We offer approximately 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Relax in comfy recliner armchairs and enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the delightful lounge room or enjoy them from the large private deck area together with a complimentary wine and food platter. Sleep soundly in the comfortable KS bed This apartment is centrally located between the CBD (city) and the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. A one hour drive north to Melbourne CBD and a 50 minute drive south to Portsea (end of the Mornington Peninsula). The region is highly regarded for its wineries and golf courses, and of course, it beautiful beaches. From the welcoming arrival to the wine and apetizers it is tranquil and serene.
