I booked a 3 x week stay last minute....it would have lain empty but for my booking. At the end of the stay they tried to extract money for cleaning which was entirely spurious. I have a 5 Star rating on Home Exchange from more than 20 stays....I always leave a place better than I find it. At the end I was to leave the key in the lockbox...except the lockbox had been removed. So I took the keys with me and notified them.
