The Space: Enter this beautifully designed 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment into an open plan living/dining/kitchen space with stylish floorboards throughout. The kitchen comes equipped with double sink, 4 burner gas cooktop, under-bench electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and separate milk frother, while the dining area has a table for 4 people and flows through to the living space with a smart TV, occasional chair, floor rug and a 2-seater sofa that folds out to a double bed if needed. This apartment is walking distance to Southern Cross station- making it very convenient to get anywhere in Melbourne. We were on the 16th floor and had spectacular views of the nearby skyscrapers. A tram stop is right outside the building and as it's located within the free tram zone - we explored the city at no cost! The apartment is amply appointed with kitchen items. The bed is comfortable. There is sufficient storage to unpack. We stayed 5 nights as this was our first stop on our Australia/New Zealand trip and knew it would take a day or two to get our clocks turned around. The host was very prompt in answering any questions we had. Check in was smooth. This is a very good place to stay to use as a home base to visit Melbourne! ##### Virginia B.
