About this property

Luxury Beach House on two acres / Private Bathing Box / Botanic Like Gardens

  • A step across from the beach. Named Carnavon this luxury dual-level house is directly opposite the beach with water views from every room. The separate retreat apartment is self-contained and peaceful. A five minute walk to the shops, cafe, restaurant's and with only a short drive to Arthurs Seat and Red Hill, Wineries, McCrae and Safety Beach.

    The house is made with natural stone and fitted with Miele appliances. It is beautifully designed with contemporary fun touches, set in a park-like botanical garden with a private bathing box directly opposite and an out-door shower. It has a billiard table and games room and a bunk room. The Seaview Room next to the kitchen and dining table is in the centre of the house upstairs with water views and a deck wraps around the house with a large outdoor table and BBQ. There is room to spread out for picnics on the expansive lawn in this spectacular setting set on 2 acres of prime location.
