It is also only 200m from the bus stop that has bus going down to the CBD. The property has approximately 150 square meter of living area and a large balcony. Each bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite. There’s also a double sofa bed in the living area to accommodate one or two more persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fan-forced oven, a large fridge, dishwasher, a gas stove and range hood. The laundry has a washer and a dryer, ironing board and iron. WiFi is also available. The decor is modern, warm and welcoming.
