HOUSE FEATURES: Private and peaceful describes this contemporary, light filled beach house. Designed across 2 levels with families in mind, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The views across to the lighthouse and bay from the upstairs entertaining deck are a highlight, especially when the lighthouse is lit up in colours for special occasions. Upstairs features a huge open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area that opens up through glass doors to an entertaining deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Downstairs offers 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a second living area which opens out to landscaped gardens.
