Welcome to Ipanema in Safety Beach – Spacious Coastal Living with Spa - Set across two levels and just moments from the bay, Ipanema in Safety Beach is a stylish and spacious four-bedroom townhouse perfect for family getaways or group retreats. With two separate living areas, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax, while the outdoor spa and gas BBQ add a resort-style feel to your stay. The fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, and parking for up to three cars ensure comfort and convenience throughout. Whether you're lounging inside or enjoying the fresh coastal air, Ipanema is your ideal base on the Mornington Peninsula.

Enjoy a relaxed coastal lifestyle with nearby cafes, golf courses, wineries, and the surrounding beauty of the Mornington Peninsula just a short drive away.

Pet friendly with prior arrangement.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
