Stylish, contemporary apartment located on Chapel St just around the corner from Carlisle St. Exuding a chic industrial vibe and contemporary appeal, it is highlighted by open-plan living/dining areas to an idyllic timer-decked courtyard, Smeg/stone kitchen, bedrooms with built-ins, secure building with a/v intercom and Euro laundry. Just 1.8 Km from the beach. The primary bedroom has a Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and access to the spacious, private patio and garden. If you visit Melbourne and don't step foot on the St. Kilda sand, were you even there?  It's  a great spot for walking, rollerblading, wind surfing, and all matter of water sports. There's never a shortage of activity, so if you're looking for something secluded, this isn't the place. But it sure is great for people watching. St. Kilda’s main stretch is right where the tram pulls in, hosting two parallel lines either side of coffee shops, trendy boutiques, high street stores, supermarkets and restaurants. People seem to always be occupying the outdoor cafe seats, drenched in sunshine whilst catching up over a frothy coffee.
