The room was on the small side but great for one person. Loved the location and easy access to trams and the CBD, short walk to Chinatown, shops, lots of food choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a pool but it’s small and a sauna on site. I would not hesitate to stay there again if in the area.

Pleasant place to stay. The bed was great. Shower was hot. Convenient location. House keeping neglected to refill tea bags, milk & toilet tissue which was annoying. Air conditioning was great to have but noisy. In saying this, we would still be ok with staying there again.

Our second stay in a week, this time in a twin room (which looked a little worn compared to the king room). Still a good stay, comfortable beds, good spread at buffet breakfast, easy secure parking (extra cost), great location, rooms were quiet and had adjustable heating and cooling. Cleanliness could be improved a little - some mould on the bathroom ceiling. Overall, great value hotel, would stay again 🙂
