It’s a beautiful hotel. Great service. Very polite and friendly staff. Clean and tidy. We stayed for 3 nights with full breakfast. It was alright. Nothing fancy, just the basic brekky. Certainly not a 5 start breakfast buffet but good coffee though. I had the King Heritage Room booked at the level 4. Nice and cozy room. However, not sound proof at all ! It’s not for you if you are a light sleeper. And there are no spas despite the Expedia saying there is one. A bit of an underwhelming experience for me. I probably would explore other hotels in the region next time. It wasn’t a bad stay for me but there is no “wow” factor.

Well designed and slightly tucked away in a great location. Excellent, pro-active staff, great buffet breakfast and a decent bar. For a large chain, this place offers a more relaxed, intimate vibe with well appointed rooms and ultra quiet sound proofing. Only drawback was no swimming pool. Otherwise, a terrific place.

Love stay at this place. My go to place when I visit Melbourne. The rooms are renovated and modern and clean. The staff are friendly and accomodate to all needs. And the location in perfect within the CBD.

Great location in the center of central business district aka CBD. Inside the free tram zone with stop directly across from hotel. Short walk to Yarra river, Royal Arcade, and shopping. Hotel staff was very helpful with directions to great places to see. The breakfast is excellent.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. On arrival there was still used tissue in the bathroom bin. I had to ask 3 times to get the room cleaned Only had one room clean and fresh towels at 6:30pm on the last night of our 3 night stay The restaurant food was delicious but the portion size was ridiculously small and the price was exorbitant Breakfast was good but charged extra $5 for latte which arrived warm at best. When I booked it said car parking included but when leaving was charged $65 per day

Well located between Marvel stadium and MCG. Close to Bourke St mall and numerous food options nearby. Tram stop in free transit zone right out the from of the Hotel. Rooms really clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was excellent as were the staff
