This is just the law, not so much one of our rules. Do not tamper with any smoke alarms. Tampering with the smoke alarms will result in fines up to $15,000. If you break or damage something, please do the responsible thing and let us know so we can arrange for its replacement/repair. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. Remember to return all keys. Charges will apply for any unreturned keys/ Fobs/ remotes. My wife and 2 kids stayed here for 10 days recently. It was a great base of operations for our daily excursions to Melbourne's sites. The carpark was handy as was the Netflix and WiFi access. All the things you need are modern and in great working order (TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, heat pump, WiFi etc). The stairs up to the apartment are typical of apartment blocks like these, I think the review earlier about this is a little harsh. Docking one star, perhaps harshly, due to the fact the following items were only stocked to last us 2 days, not the 10 we had booked: toilet paper (3 rolls) , washing powder (2 small sachets) , shampoo x1, body wash x1, dishwasher tablets x3, rubbish bags. Otherwise a lovely stay of the youre looking to accommodate a family of 4 and you can convince someone to sleep on the couch bed. ##### Adam B.
