As you step into the apartment, you're greeted by a modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare a delightful breakfast. Moving further in, you'll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area, seamlessly connected to a private balcony—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while soaking in breathtaking city views. To the right, two generously sized bedrooms await, one bedroom boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning panoramic views, while the master suite includes its own private ensuite. A sleek main bathroom with a European laundry completes this stylish and functional space. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds with fresh linens and built-in robes for ample storage. Both Ensuite and main bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, and a European laundry with a washing machine, dryer and ironing supplies adds to the convenience. Additional Amenities Smart TV for entertaining Wi-Fi for connectivity and remote work Reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge for comfort 1 Free on site secured parking available upon request\* Guests will have access to entire apartment, and also enjoy access to indoor and outdoor communal spaces which include lounges, entertainment areas, a resort-style terrace retreat, exclusive function dining room bar, fully fitted gymnasium with panoramic Port Philip Bay aspects and a swimming pool. \*We are not responsible for the availability of building facilities such as the gym, pool, or BBQ area, especially if they are closed by the building management for maintenance or safety reasons.
