This Fresh, modern and stylish home is located in a quiet residential area in Mornington yet close enough to be within easy reach of all attractions. Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:

Linen: • Bed Linin including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets) • One bath towel per person. • Hand towels in the bathroom • T towels for the kitchen
A starter pack in including: • 4 x toilet roles per toilet • Hand soap • Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided) • Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes
What is not included: • Flat sheets • Beach or pool towels • Coffee pods. Play Equipment: The owners have provided play equipment for the use of guests children during their stay. Bare minimum of crockery and utensils. No bbq, no ironing board, air con in only one room. All windows were very dirty so had to ask for them to be cleaned.
