Upon entry, you’ll see a sun-soaked front deck that leads into a main living area that is spacious, breezy and thoughtfully decorated. A large and comfortable L-shaped couch frames a coffee table and faces an indoor gas fireplace and 70” TV. The wrap-around front deck also leads directly into the master bedroom that features a plush queen bed, sleek furnishings and its own pristine ensuite with a shower, vanity and a toilet.

Walk through to find an open-plan space with a contemporary and well-lit kitchen, dining area and a second living area. Bench-top island seating for four frames an all-white kitchen with premium appliances including a gas cooktop, sleek oven, double sink, double-door fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso machine. Or choose to cook out on the back deck using the Heston Blumenthal Gas BBQ.

When you’ve whipped up a homemade meal, enjoy it on the chic indoor timber dining table for up to eight guests, or on the back deck that features a brand-new al fresco dining setting for eight, as well lounge seating. Leave the back doors open and let the breeze roll in from the timber deck to a spacious, second living area that features another comfortable, grey couch, stylish decor and a flat-screen HDTV.

You’ll find three more bedrooms including a bright second bedroom that features two king singles with top-quality mattresses, brand-new furnishings and contemporary wall art. A third bedroom comes furnished with a queen bed, two timber bedside tables and lamps, an armchair, built-in wardrobes and plush carpeted floors; while the fourth bedroom can sleep three in a bunk bed and a pull-out bed, and also features a dedicated workspace with a desk, monitor and ergonomic chair.
