The apartment location is fantastic, easy walking distance to the convention centre and the casino. There is a tram stop just down the street. The apartment was clean and standard furnishings. There is a small IGA on the corner which is handy. The heated pool was great in a warm building however you do have to walk outside the main building through a courtyard to get to it, which was cold in July. However the apartment only has a split system air conditioner in the lounge. No air conditioning in the bedrooms at all, there are pedestal fan provided. The living area is quite small for a 3 bedroom unit. It was fine for us with 2 adults and 3 small children, however it would be very squishy with 6 adults. There were a few minor maintenance issues eg one kitchen door wouldn't shut. And there are no extra towels if you want to use the pool.
