The bright, light and stylish townhouse is in a quiet location north of Melbourne between the city and the airport. Near the shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarket and public transport. Glenroy station just 5 minutes walk with frequent trains to city. The whole townhouse will be all yours, without having to share any amenities! Perfect for those in Melbourne for business trips or tourists on holidays in this beautiful city. Suitable for short term or long term (with discount) stays. Elegant with a modern touch. This townhouse has living room, dining room , kitchen, balcony on the first floor. Bedroom , bathroom and garden on the ground floor . Living room Two seater comfortable leather sofa, marble coffee table and 43 inch smart TV( including Netflix). Dyson V 7 motorhead vacuum. Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen comes complete with espresso coffee machine,gas oven, microwave, full fridge, cook top, kettle , toaster, dishwasher and air conditioning. Balcony Have a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunshine. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, with the door closed. Bathroom 900 mm walk- in Rain shower. Bedroom The bedroom is fitted with a Tasmania oak queen size bed and topped with Sheridan linen and towels . The built- in wardrobe contain hangers, shelves, an iron and ironing board. The guests have access to the whole townhouse, the property will be exclusively for you ! I will be available at all times for any request or need at the property. I will welcome you at the house on your arrival or if you prefer check in yourself. Smart lock are very convenient too. Please do not hesitate to ask me any question or information you need to prepare your stay here and make it as comfortable as possible! I will do my best to help you . Only a few hundred metres from the picturesque golf course with local parks, shops,cafes, supermarkets and restaurants. Security camera outside the building. The airport is only 10 minutes drive away, and about 20 minutes to get into the city, Glenroy (zone 1) train station is approximately 5 minutes walk away, which can take you directly into the city. Enjoy exploring all the wonderful of Melbourne without having to worry about the difficulties of getting around! The place is professionally cleaned after each departure with fresh bed linen and towels. The place is only suitable for 2 people max, no extra people allowed.

Comfortable apartment, well set up, walking distance to Coles and train station.

Helen was wonderful to deal with. Excellent communication. She sent a lovely note when we booked, called us back when we were unsure of gate when we arrived and called the first day to check that all was okay. Everything was as she had indicated on the listing, it was a comfortable bed a quiet area so we slept well. It worked well for us arriving in the evening from the airport as not far away from there and then we were able to walk to the train station to get into Melbourne Central. If I come to Melbourne again I would definately consider staying again.
