Very spacious living room with open fire place, lounge, TV, DVD & CD player and a kitchen with built in dining bench and pot belly stove, with adjacent living room with table tennis table. Three bedrooms, family bathroom, reverse cycle air conditioning. Covered outdoor living area with BBQ and wide verandah at the front with outdoor furniture. There is a pretty cliff top short walk to Honeysuckle point or the public beach, with a longer walk or short drive to Point Leo surf beach. Property is pet friendly. I would have loved more attention to detail ie ping pong bats without rubber falling off/ balls not flat due to damage….just a trace of dishwashing liquid in a big bottle… I was disappointed with lack of attention to detail. It felt like a glamping experience in a beautiful bird paradise. Comfortable, rustic and in good location in Shoreham. Bring all provisions you intend to use.
