- A cosy one bedroom apartment with unbeatable waterfront views, located in a small secure block with the beach on your doorstep.
A short walk to St Kilda’s bakery’s, cafes and bars. Explore all that Melbourne city has to offer with easy access to trams or enjoy a quiet morning coffee on the sand across the road at West Beach Bathers Pavilion.
The Apartment
This apartment is on the second floor with stairs access only.
Bedroom
Equiped with queen bed, blockout blinds, and double glazed windows. The walk-in robe features hanging space and shelves as well as clothes airer, ironing board and iron.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower and is stocked with linens including beach towels. We have provided soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a washing machine with laundry detergent.
Kitchen
The kitchen contains a two burner electric stovetop, double sink, Smeg oven with air fryer and steaming functions as well as a conventional microwave and fridge. You’ll find a Nespresso machine, Moka pot and French press for however you prefer to take your morning coffee.
Lounge
In the lounge you can relax on the couch in front of our wifi enabled smart TV with Netflix, Kayo, and Stan Sport. Through the double glazed sliding doors you can enjoy the unbeatable views of Port Philip Bay and watch the sunset with a glass of wine on the balcony.
Parking
There is unrestricted parking in front of the complex on Beaconsfield parade. As the apartment is situated on a main road there is some unavoidable traffic noise, we have installed double glazing to the windows and balcony doors to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Access
You will collect a set of keys from a lock box at the beginning of your stay. We will send you more detailed instructions before check in. We ask that you be respectful of our neighbours in common areas of the building and are mindful of noise levels at night.
