This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is located on floor 9 with open view and can host a maximum of 2 guests The stylish self-contained apartment features: \- 1 bedroom with a queen \- living area with a sofa and TV \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Bathroom with a shower. \- Laundry with washing machine \- Balcony. \* There is a reverse cycle central air conditioning unit that is thermostat-controlled. \* There is 1 FREE PARKING available with us. \* Free WiFi available.
