Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I didn’t even stay at the property. Arrived at check in and owner was there “cleaning”. We left and came back over an hour later. The house was a wreck. There was dust, dirty cup marks on the table, the floors had dirt and grime on them. The pool was dirty and the back yard was trashed. The owner hung around for another 2 hours “cleaning”. Ultimately we decided to leave and check into a hotel. Once settled at the hotel, my 2 year old’s feet were black from walking around the home. There was no internet service and only one tv that wasn’t even a smart tv. John asked if there were any amenities that were must haves. All we mentioned was a coffee pot. He said it broke and that if we bought one he would reimburse us. What a joke. A true nightmare VRBO. Never again. Customer service tried to remedy the issue by offering to have him comeback and clean?! He was at the property for long enough “cleaning” and the place was disgusting
