Enjoy an ensuite, main bathroom, full kitchen, air conditioning, LCD TV, private laundry, and free Wi-Fi. Just 10 minutes from the CBD, you’ll be close to attractions like Federation Square, the Arts Centre, and Crown Casino. Explore the lively restaurants and bars along the Southbank River, ideal for dining and fun. Essendon Fields Airport is just 15 km away for easy travel to your home away from home! The unit comprises a seating area with a sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with various cooking facilities, including a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, and an oven. A stovetop and toaster are also offered, as well as a kettle. All facilities are close to guests and only open for its residents. Apologies for the inconvenience. CAR PARK ACCESS Height Restriction: 2.1 metres The onsite parking fee is $60 per night with unlimited entry and exit however, it is subject to availability and needs a reservation before arrival/check-in date.
