Well located for easy access to most Melbourne and Island locations. Good kitchen and grill for cooking with a nice dining area. Large master bed/bath and 2 other beds/bath ideal for our family. There are 2 bikes and it is a short few block ride to the boat landings, tennis courts and park area.
