The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, and loud parties are prohibited. This is a newly managed listing, as our management company has recently taken over. Also note: The pool is heated up to 23 degrees only. As the pool is part of the complex and managed by the body corporate, if there are any issues with it throughout your stay, unfortunately, compensation cannot be provided to guests. NEIGHBOURHOOD The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions.
