• Paid washers and dryers are available in the building (no washer or dryer inside the apartment)

The whole apartment is yours.

• Self check-in via a secure key lockbox – the code is sent before arrival
• No parking on site – paid public car parks are nearby
• The building has a gym but no pool
• Please take off your shoes inside. We don't provide slippers, so feel free to bring your own

— Noise Policy —
We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit, and a serious fine.

— Keys and Towels —
+ We provide one set of keys per guest group and one set of towels per person per stay.
+ If you lose your key, there will be a $350 fee to get a new set (including labour fees).
+ If you need someone to open the door because you lock yourself out, it will cost $150.

— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Because of back-to-back bookings, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability.

We welcome insurance, relocation, and medium- to long-term accommodation bookings. Rates and stay arrangements may be negotiable depending on the length of stay. Please contact us at any time to discuss availability and pricing.
