With a large, secure yard (pet friendly), entertainment space, and comfort all around, look no further and book your stay at my place! Conveniently located just a moments walk from the #109 tram. Less than 300 metres to the Balwyn Shopping strip and surrounded by parks and cafes, it is just minutes to the Eastern Freeway, and Box Hill Central shopping & transport hub. The Space: Appealingly renovated, it features robes to all bedrooms, ensuite, open living, kitchen with Bosch gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher, hydronic heating and ducted evaporative cooling. Parking is generous with both a carport and garage. The paved yard, also has a substantial decked area and is spacious and private. Bedroom 1: \- Queen bed with linens and towels \- Wardrobe Bedroom 2: \- Queen bed with linens and towels \- Wardrobe Bedroom 3: \- 2 single beds with linens and towels \- Wardrobe Backyard: \- secure, fully fenced private backyard \- Gas BBQ, bottle provided, refill not included. \- Pets friendly, please check with me first. Bathroom: \- Bidet toilet seats. Laundry: \- 2 in 1 Washer and Dryer combo available for use \- Outdoor hanging rack Cooling and Heating: Split air conditioning in the living room, evaporate cooling upstairs, central heating thorough out the whole house. Extra features: coffee machine, portable cot, and high chair Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire townhouse for the duration of their stay. Other Things to Note: PETS RULES We love animals and want them to holiday with you, but it's common courtesy to the other guests that you clean after your fur animal before you leave. To avoid a pet cleaning fee, please do not allow pets on the couch. Pet hair takes time and effort to remove off the couch. Please being your fur animals own bedding. \*\*Pet deposit of $200 may also be required\*\* \*\* PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up.
