LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay. LONG STAYS: All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable. CHECK OUT We don\`t want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest. AGE REQUIREMENT: We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome. INFANTS: For families traveling with infants, please supply your own porta cot and linens. MANAGEMENT FEE - this is our damage waiver to cover any accidental damages so you don\`t have to worry - see house rules for the details. PETS: No pets allowed on the property. \- No noise after 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities. \- Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees. \- We will ask for photo ID and a selfie of the person making the booking, primarily to confirm they are over 25 years of age and match the details of the person making the booking. For 3rd party bookings we will need the photo ID of the primary guest staying at the property. \- If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP as additional charges may apply. \- No pets allowed on the property. Additional charges may apply to those who ignore this rule. \- In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account. If the cleaner’s or property manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply. \- Check-out time is 10am. If the cleaner is not able to clean on time, a delayed entry fee may apply.
