It is located across the Eau Gallie Causeway and Eau Gallie High School in Melbourne so you do have to drive to the beach. The hot tub is difficult to turn on. Although the house sleeps 12, it is only furnished with enough dishes for 8\. There were only 2 wash cloths in the house so we had to buy extra.
