You deserve time in the warm sunshine, swimming in the crystal clear waters, and getting away from all the stresses of home. If you already know where you’re headed to Melbourne, Florida, This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, Pool house with Private Hot Tub is just waiting for you. You won’t be disappointed.
This house is Beautifully furnished with a modern Zen Vibe. Private Pool in the back yard with plenty of pool accessories for lounging. Each room is fully furnished with its own style. The master features and king size bed and jacuzzi jetted bath tub. You can comfortably sleep a maximum of 2 people per room. 6 people is the house max. Two additional guest bedrooms, each has a queen size bed, TV, Ceiling fan and choices for all pillow types of sleepers. The house is located in Melbourne Florida. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. 5 minutes from The Brevard Zoo and The Avenues of Veira. The air-force base and Beach is a 15 minute drive.
Kitchen is fully stocked & furnished with all the cooking supplies you need. Including a Keruig coffee maker. A natural gas Grill is also available as a cooking option. Washer and dryer available. Pool is conveniently located right in the backyard. Awesome MOVIE ROOM with over 100 movies to watch. As well, as reclining movie chairs. Very close to lots of local restaurants. Several gyms within a very short driving distance. The house is surrounded by lots of golf courses. If you love to golf this is the perfect place for you. If you don’t want to travel with your clubs. I have a Men’s Taylormade Pro set and Women’s Cobra set available to rent for your stay. You are one click away from your home away from home!!!! If you need a ride from the airport that can be arranged as well for a small fee. Nearby airports are Melbourne, Sanford and Orlando. Hope to see you soon.

A memorable experience!
This property was amazing!! It was so homey and had wonderful touches! It is better than the pictures! And the area is really nice with upscale shopping areas and restaurants. Brandi was very communicative and helpful in making our stay the best it could be. I highly recommend this property.

Luxurious relaxation awaits!
Staying here felt like home and at the same time like a 5-star resort. Everything about this home leads to total relaxation and rejuvenation. From enjoying the sparkling pool with fountains of water to float by to the ultimate movie watching experience, this home is the epitome of vacation! My family felt so relaxed during our stay and have fond memories of our time spend together here!

Relaxing oasis
Brandi was an incredible host and the home was beautiful. The attention to detail goes along way. After a trying first day of our vacation before we got to Florida, it was nice to come to a place that was like a home away from home. The movie theater room was awesome! The pool and hot tub well-maintained. The neighborhood and area in Florida was very accessible, safe, And convenient. Going for my morning run in the neighborhood and then jumping in the pool later was one of my highlights. I look forward to working with Brandi on future trips.

Family vacation
Our family combined a vacation with going to see my grand-daughter play in a softball tournament at the USSSA Sports Complex. Brandi was the most welcoming host with so many extras at her home. Beautifully furnished and so comfortable from the bedrooms to the pool...everything was great. Would highly recommend this home for a vacation close to the beach and many dining establishments. Loved every moment at this property.

Wonderful Stay!
We were visiting friends and family in the area and needed the extra space just for the 3 of us. We were very fortunate that this fabulous home was available. This rental had more amenities than any other we’ve stayed at in the past and we’ve stayed at quite a few, My absolute favorite was the salt water fish tank. I could watch those fishies for hours. We also took advantage of the hot tub. The pool looked beautiful and would be a joy in warmer weather which is usually the norm in FL. Everything was sparkling clean and comfortable. Brandi was an excellent host! You can tell she wants you to really enjoy her home and all the little touches and things provided did not go unnoticed. A wonderful vacation home!

What an awesome home to make memories in with your family. The backyard is your own oasis away from home. The patio off to the side has a crazy amount of blow up pool floats and games for both kids and adults. There are plenty of beach towels for everyone. The saltwater fish tank is so cool, if you pay attention to the fish you can see the 2 ring leaders of the group. It was fun to watch them every day and relaxing at night hanging out on the over size couch. When we first walked in the movie room was set up with popcorn buckets, microwave popcorn, and blankets ready for movie night. (Knowing how much work was put into it, check out all the quotes on the move room walls.) The kitchen island had a book with house information and favorite places to go. The cleaning staff put a little welcome saying on each of our bedroom doors. They had paper bands around every toilet letting you know eash one was cleaned and "sanitize for you". The tree in the dining room was decorated in a Mardi Gras theme with green lights, super cool and even worked as a great night light. It was a Great Vacation. If we needed anything, it was just a phone call away. Thank you to all the hard work everyone put in for our vacation. (I only took 2 pictures since every photo in the listing is spot on.)
