With a hop, skip and a jump to the beach, this superb large home across the road from the beach will provide you with everything you need for your perfect getaway. The house has four lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms and two large living areas. Sleeps 10 guests.  
  
Relax on the balcony and BBQ while you soak up the amazing views of Safety Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped.

THE SPACE  
This fantastic townhouse spans two levels, offering a well-designed layout and ample space.  
  
On the lower level, you will discover three bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed for your comfort. Additionally, there is a conveniently equipped separate laundry room that caters to all your needs. A well-appointed bathroom featuring a shower, bath, and toilet is also situated on this level.  
  
Moreover, a second living room awaits you, complete with a TV and direct access to a courtyard area.  
  
Upstairs you will be welcomed by a delightful open-plan living and dining area seamlessly connected to a private balcony, perfect for entertaining guests and hosting barbecues.  
  
The kitchen, thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the necessary appliances, is a testament to functionality and style. This tranquil open-plan space serves as the heart of the home.  
  
Furthermore, the master bedroom is conveniently situated on the upper level and boasts an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower and toilet, ensuring utmost comfort and privacy.  
  
Light and modern, your new island escape will be the perfect place to relax, unwind and entertain your guests.  
  
Located across the road from the beach and children's playground in Safety Beach, this beautiful holiday home will not disappoint.   
  
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Guests have the choice of:  
  
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.  
  
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.  
  
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).  
  
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.  
  
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.  
  
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.  
  
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.  
  
NEIGHBOURHOOD  
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.  
  
GETTING AROUND  
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.  
  
ADDITIONAL RULES  
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.  
  
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

7 days was not enough. What a great home and pleased everyone including 5 adult kids. View from balcony breathtaking. The kitchen was stocked with pots oans, cutlery, nespresso machine, water filter larger than normal fridge...and tge HUGE tv was very much appreciated. Hop skip jump to beach. Great seperate entertainment area. Quick communication with host. We all agreed to be back next year. Thank you.
