Elevated above a lush backyard and nestled among native trees, this retreat combines a light-filled layout with seamless indoor-outdoor flow, all wrapped in classic mid-century lines and timeless white weatherboards. Upstairs, the living area features a soft sofa, curated artwork, and a TV—ideal for cosy movie nights. Curl up on the armchair by the sunlit window or sip morning coffee on the breezy balcony just off the lounge.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and a breakfast bar for casual bites. Gather around the six-seater dining table, where coastal artwork and leafy views create a perfect backdrop for lingering meals. All three carpeted bedrooms are located at the rear of the upper level, each styled with leafy outlooks and open shelving with basket storage to keep things tidy. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, layered in fresh linen, for a restful sleep. The other two options offer flexible layouts, one featuring a queen bed, and the other a double-single bunk and a separate single bed, both equipped with study desks, ideal for reading or remote work. Refresh in the upstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower, timber vanity, and a separate toilet for added convenience. On the lower level, a full laundry with a washer, dryer, and high chair sits alongside a second toilet—practical touches for families or longer stays.

The fully fenced backyard is framed by native grasses, offering a safe and spacious play area for kids and pets. A sun-drenched daybed invites lazy afternoons under the trees, while a bistro-style table and chairs provide a quiet perch for morning coffee. Under the house, a ping pong table adds a touch of laid-back fun. Off-street parking is available for three cars in the carport. Year-round comfort is ensured with portable fans, a split-system air conditioner and heater in the living area, and portable heaters in each bedroom and the bathroom.
