Woodfin House is a stunning 2 storey, architecturally designed home, highlighted by floor to ceiling windows, polished concrete floors and natural wood finishes. As you enter this impressive home you will be greeted with an abundance of natural light. The open plan living space, incorporates a sleek designer kitchen, dining area and huge living space. You'll find an extra large lounge to relax on, whilst having Netflix at your fingertips. Take advantage of the indoor/outdoor flow as you open up the sliding glass doors to reveal a landscaped garden and courtyard; perfect for Al Fresco dining.
The spacious kitchen, which has a view to an internal garden courtyard, features stone bench tops, and boasts 2 ovens (1 steam, 1 convection), plus an induction cooktop. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm.
The ground level also incorporates a queen bedroom which has access to the internal courtyard and is situated adjacent to the central bathroom. Separate laundry with outside access is fully equipped with washer, dryer and loads of cupboard space.
Upstairs you will find a further 3 bedrooms, an additional bathroom with bathtub, and a second living space with seating and TV. We had an extremely comfortable stay at this property. Great location. Loads of space for everyone. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. Beds were top notch. Beautifully built home with all conveniences. Very clean and a lovely modern European design. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I (including my parents and a 3 year old) had a very comfortable 2 week stay at the Woodfin House! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and lots of toys our son loved. Super clean! Lovely quiet neighborhood very near the Abbotsford Convent & Collingwood Children’s Farm. Lots of close public transportation options. A couple of frustrations— we were sent the wrong code for check in but were able to quickly contact the hosting company for the correct one. A little upsetting after 24 hours of traveling but not a huge deal in the end. We also had some trouble figuring out the very high tech appliances despite manuals being provided. In the US, convection cooktops are rare, as is the need to turn on an outlet to power it on! The clothes dryer also required that we empty water from a drawer in order to work for more than 2 minutes— something I have never encountered before, but I’m sure is common here. Truly, these were just frustrations that we overcame relatively quickly. Our stay was excellent!
