Various items of furniture had been moved around and were in a different room to that shown in the photos. For example the TV cabinet was in the bedroom and not the living room. It could not be accessed so as to view the TV from the bed.There was no free to air TV at all as there was no antenna connected. All TV was via the internet which means viewing TV via an app. The problem here is that buffering occurs as the owners have not installed sufficient download capacity, and the problem just stops while the buffer collects enough data to continue.None of this is disclosed on the Stayz web site.In addition there is no street parking as again the owners have not acquired from the Council a street parking permit. This is also not disclosed, we found out the hard way after receiving a 119 parking fine. Boutique Stays wouldn't do anything about it, even though they admit that it was not disclosed.Cleaning left a lot to be desired, yes the property was cleaned in a fashion, but really not up to standard. The property was described as luxurious and modern, eh no. It has been renovated albeit a very long time ago. It is far from being modern.
