Love cooking? Our kitchen has everything you need, including an oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher.

Free secure parking for a small or medium car, plus a shared gated entrance. No car? No worries! Trams are just a 5-minute walk away.

There's also a playground about 50 metres away and a convenience store around 300 metres away.

🌊 Beach Days, City Nights!

St Kilda Beach, Luna Park and Acland Street's famous Restaurants and cake shops are around 18–20 minutes away on foot. Explore the Botanical Gardens, catch a show at Palais Theatre or enjoy the excitement of the Formula 1 Grand Prix at Albert Park.

A single sofa bed is also available on request for an extra fee.

A Few Little House Notes

Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. Quiet hours are 10 pm–7 am. No parties or events, and registered guests only. We're part of a small, friendly residential community of 9 units block, so please be considerate of our neighbours.
