(sleeps 10) At the end of the day, you can dine in one of many great eateries along Point Nepean Road or enjoy a cocktail and walk home for your own BBQ dinner on the deck of your holiday home. This fantastic property is set up to accommodate two families and has everything you need to keep the kids entertained. There are two wings to the house with the front half containing two large bedrooms, modern family bathroom, huge open plan living and dining with open fireplace and modern kitchen, large deck with outdoor setting and BBQ, at the rear of the house there are 2 further bedrooms, a second bathroom as well as a second living space that is set up for kids to chill out and enjoy. There is a large, grassed back garden and a huge shed with games, including table tennis table and pool table and games for your use, while you enjoy your time away. All located in this prime pocket where you can leave the car at home. This will be a great place for a weekend or a long family holiday. \*\*\* THIS PROPERTY IS BYO LINEN- please bring sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels (bath and beach), bath maths, hand towels, face washers and tea towels – If you would like to arrange hire linen for your stay, please do this at the time of booking confirmation, or at least 14 days prior to your stay commencing, by contacting Rest Easy Services (this will incur an additional fee) \*\*\* or speak to our team about how we can facilitate this for you. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this place! It is so well equipped, and the layout is perfect for two families. So many board games and activities, air con and heating in every room, and a fully fenced front and backyard, extremely well equipped kitchen, and,even an outdoor shower, which the kids loved! Such a great location as well, 5 min walk to the beach.
