Our 4 bedroom home is thoughtfully designed and stocked with vacation rental guests in mind. If you are looking for a beach vibe home and a true Melbourne experience, you have come to the right listing. The place is creatively decorated with colorful beach decor. You will have everything you need and more when you choose to book with us! Whether you want to play board games, throw a dart, have friendly competition at the pool table and foosball table, grill and chill in the spacious backyard, or mellow in our yellow pool - there is something for everyone to enjoy.

*** We provide a starter pack of supplies for items such as toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, etc to get you started. Starter supplies are not unlimited supplies, be prepared to make a trip to the store if more is needed. Walmart is a 5-minute drive. Costco is about a 10 mins drive.
Guest access
- The entire house is exclusively yours.
- You can access the garage for the washer and dryer. However, garage is currently inaccessible to cars. Parking is on the driveway.
Other things to note
- Pool is not heated
- Clean your own grill
- no Parties or Events
- Cameras and ring doorbell are around the outside of the property
- Quiet hours are 10 Pm to 8 Am in compliance to the Melbourn city ordinance. No loud music, voices, and sounds should be kept low to not disturb our neighbors
- This house is not Childproof so please supervise your children.
- Please understand that Florida has bugs, insects, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, etc...so do not leave doors/sliders/windows open. We do not give refunds to bugs, insects, and animals found in or outside the home. We do have a monthly pest service with Terminix in place.

>>>ADDITIONAL RULES<<<

- No Parties or Events whatsoever. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

- No burning candles

- No Smoking. There will be immediate cancellation of your reservation and a cleaning fee of $500 per accident.

- No pets

- If you could, please remove your shoes as you enter the home. There are more than enough house sandals in the shoe storage for your use.

- Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am. Noise ordinances are enforced in Melbourne. So please refrain from disturbing the neighbors.

- Our driveway could fit up to 2 cars. The garage is inaccessible at the moment.

- Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.

- The property has an above-the-ground pool with a ladder. If you choose to bring children, please do not ever leave them unattended. No wet swimsuits or towels on indoor furniture. Swim at your own risk!

- There are security cameras outside of our home. There is a camera facing our pool equipment. Please do not mess with our pool equipment such as the pump, and filter.

- We have weekly pool maintenance in which the pool guy will come every Monday to service. Please understand that we do try our best to keep our pool clean, but the pool is uncovered, so debris and leaves may fall into the pool. This is not subject to any refund.

- Please note that in Florida, there are a lot of bugs and insects. Despite our cleaning and monthly pest control, you may encounter insects and bugs in the house. For this reason, it is very important that you keep all windows, doors, and sliders closed all the time to avoid the entry of insects/bugs into the house. Even the best prevention efforts aren't guaranteed.

- The sliders to the sunroom are a bit hard to lock, but they do lock, if you can't lock them, please reach out so we show you the trick to lock it.

- Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property unless this is arranged prior to making the reservation.

- Standard check-out time is at 11 am, and the check-in time is at 4 pm. This window allows our cleaning staff to get your house in sparkling clean condition.

- Sometimes if we could accommodate early check-in or late check-out at no extra charge, we would; but no guarantee. Please reach out first for an arrangement. Late check out without previous agreement from the host might result in a $50 dollar charge for every 30 minutes.

- No guns, or illegal drugs of any kind on the property.

- Starter supplies Kit is provided for an extended stay to get you started

- Please ensure you fully understand our cancelation policy, which can be found in your reservation details. Even the best-laid plans can change, and that includes trips on Airbnb. Given the current Covid-19 pandemic and the potential for travel restrictions in some states, and the unpredictability of travel interruptions, such as weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., we strongly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.
