Enter through your private, secure garage and find a cozy sitting room with a sofa bed, games, books, a second TV, and a compact but functional outdoor area featuring a BBQ, table, and chairs for two. Upstairs, you’ll discover a stylish coastal living room and a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, and a small dining table. The light-filled living room boasts comfy couches and a wide-screen TV. This air-conditioned, fully furnished apartment is ideal for a relaxing couples getaway or a family vacation.
Bedrooms:
The upstairs queen-sized bedroom comes with a built-in robe and a modern ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and toilet. The downstairs bedroom serves as a retreat for couples or parents, featuring two single beds.

#### Lovely small unit, clean and tidy.
Lovely little unit. No facilities for cooking or heating food. A microwave would have been nice. Staying with friends, bathroom not very private. A mirror in the bedroom downstairs would have made things a bit easier. Probably suit a couple better. Overall, clean, tidy and well maintained.

Managed by a property group which meant being bombarded with seemingly generic rules and penalties that might apply. Unit was clean and tidy and adequate but a little further out from Mornington township than expected for the price.
