Plush with its 3-seater couch offering desirable comfort after a big day exploring, this classic charmer has a casual open plan feel with a stylish kitchen/laundry, a queen size bedroom, a twin bedroom, a study/bedroom with convertible armchair/sofa bed and a vogue bathroom, with allocated undercover parking. Need outside time for the kids? It’s opposite a park. Renovated blending its vintage origins with modern flair, it’s a place to be a base while you enjoy exploring. The beds are super comfy with pillowtop mattresses and quality linens with a leather armchair that converts to a sofa bed for one. The soft grey 3-seater couch is perfect for relaxing, chatting, watching TV or reading a book, and the dining table is big enough for an evening meal for 4, a card game or to answer a quick email. There are two desks set up – one in the two larger bedrooms ensuring you can work and or have screen time in the privacy of each bedroom. The subway tiled kitchen is fully equipped for making meals with its medium size fridge, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher and combo washer/dryer. We provide all the necessities to cook your own meals. The new bathroom is fresh, clean and compact with a shower, toilet and hand basin. Our stay has hardwood floors throughout, so it’s a good place to stay if you have allergies, with a panel heater in the living room to create radiant heat, plus a new reverse cycle air conditioner if you want a sudden burst of heat or cool. It’s easy for access, as there is a digital keylock entrance, which means you won’t need to worry about looking after keys. There is only one small step to get into the property, so it’s ideal for those needing single level living. Ideal for small families visiting Melbourne or family nearby, workers needing a temporary place close to work, or friends wanting to bunk together when attending an event in the city. One of 12 units on site, it’s a neat, tidy getaway in Melbourne’s west. Guests can use the entire unit and allocated undercover parking space. Please ensure you respect neighbouring residents and their quiet enjoyment. Our place has no garden area or outdoor space to use for fresh air, however there are nearby parks including King Edward Avenue Reserve opposite, Barclay Park and Selwyn Park within the street. Melbourne’s weather can be 4 seasons in one day, so you will need to pack accordingly. We can have strong winds with an Antarctic blast or northerly dust, we can have humid hot days or sweltering dry heat, we can have frosty mornings that can lead into glorious sunny calm days. House must be left as received except for bed linen and towels usage. No smoking, vaping, drugs or illicit material inside the unit.
