Room was clean. But bathroom facilities very old and rusty looking needs to be replaced.
U do have bathroom noise from next door rooms so rooms not that soundproof.
Location is great for transport amd city touring etc.

Very comfortable little hotel at the bottom of Bourke Street near the Southern Cross Station. There was an issue with the aircon in our room which couldn't be fixed, so we were grateful to get an upgrade to a better room. The staff were also helpful with some other issues. Lovely little reading nook on the ground floor with a little library with a warm heater, very relaxing on a cold day. Comfortable bed and beautiful leadlight windows in our room. Double glazing kept most of the noise out. We will stay again, for sure.
