Great Southern Hotel Melbourne
Great last minute stay, loved the smokers room, lifts still super slow and small, beds are uncomfortable and linen was itchy. Didn't like that I couldn't adjust shower head as it was in the roof. No air conditioning.

Grand Hyatt Melbourne
The standout are the staff and Collins place breakfast. Rooms were loud as you could hear others in their rooms and bathrooms. Very warm room and aircon don’t seem to work. Could hear lifts move up and down despite being a few rooms away. Bed was comfortable.

I had a great stay at Meriton Suites Melbourne, the staff interactions were great, the room was spacious and exactly as promoted, and I had a comfortable stay.
