- Immerse yourself in the peaceful tranquility of the calming waves off the Atlantic Coast of Melbourne Beach , Fl. This is a home with AMAZING Direct Ocean Front and Water Front Views from the main floor and second floor. The property is essentially sitting on 1/2 acre of open oceanfront land, something you will not experience anywhere. The south deck is completely private , with a private open area perfect for a dog to run around or a child to play, the beach itself is just steps from your back patio, that routinely is mostly a private beach. Sebastian Inlet offered snorkeling and phenomenal sites like manatees and dolphins just south of the property. Routinely you will see large sea turtles. Come up on the beach head just feet from the back patio. Rocket launches can often be seen from the upper patio as well up in Cape Canaveral.
Wake up to the sound of the Ocean Waves coming in and out, and watching wildlife right here on the beach. You can routinely see Sea Turtles, Crabs, Dolphins and more right from your porch or deck. Do not miss the opportunity to stay at this AMAZING property !
