Sit back and relax, take a swim, buggy board, surf, fish or do nothing but take in tropical scenery. Beachfront 1.2 acre property shared by a town house and beach house, rental town house is on south side with stairs leading to 2nd floor entrance. Property has no neighbors to south or north which is a state protected natural space. With two bedrooms each having queen beds, a queen sofa bed, two bathrooms and all the comforts of home it sleeps 6 comfortably. The house is appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay including a full kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils etc.), linens, towels, beach towels, wifi, two televisions (one in living area, one in the main bedroom). There is also a coffee maker, a Keurig, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher and we keep on hand various condiments for your use. Also have a new washer a dryer on the property for your use. Most mornings you can be sure to see beautiful sea birds, turtle tracks and even dolphins in the shimmering sun light just before dawn. Sit on the beach deck and allow the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze to let your imagination wisk you away to dreamland. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a refreshing swim in the ocean, or just relax in one of our Adirondack chairs. Our neighborhood relies on well water, our well is hundreds of feet below ground, water is treated on a regular basis even though sometimes it will have a light odor. For drinking we get you started by providing some bottled water, in addition a five gallon dispenser helps provide water for cooking, it can be refilled at local Publix’s grocery store up the road five to seven minutes. Property was older and not updated. Stairs to property we difficult and it should have been noted in the listing. Furniture in the unit was minimal and uncomfortable. As well as beds were very uncomfortable and the height of a child's bed. Kitchen utensils very minimal making meal prep a challenge. Floors and balcony all uneven. Was just not my idea of nice accommodations.
