The room is small and the building is older, but it was clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat—right on the beach and no crowds. The shower drain got clogged but the host quickly solved the problem. Very communicative. The 20 outside steep, narrow steps up to the unit was hard. No rugs or throw pillows, kitchen sink nasty. water smelled awful. nails in the walls. many of the faucets were corroded. frig needs to be replaced. no ice cube trays. MANY of the elec outlets didn't work-including the master bath. Front porch needy sweeping. whole place need alot of TLC. on a positive note--very nice open space and sheets were good. ##### Mindy L.
