Discover the beauty of Melbourne Beach from this 4-bedroom, 3-full bathroom house. Sea Turtle Room: King Bed with en suite wheelchair friendly bathroom; Dolphin Room: King Bed with en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower; Pelican Room with 2 queen beds; Manatee Room with a full bed and bunk bed with 3 twins; Bathroom off main room and exit to pool with toilet, sink and shower; This house sits on a navigable canal off Indian River Lagoon with short paddle to Honest John's Fish Camp and group of islands. Manatees, Dolphins, Pelicans and other wildlife are common and can be viewed from private patio or private dock. Free high speed wifi internet. Large TV's in every room including 85" in living room; AC, and a washing machine and dryer.

**Everything is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. For stays of over a week, we offer fresh linens and towels for an additional $50.00 or a full professional cleaning (including fresh linens and towels) for an additional $180.00.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful home. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Owners took care of the minor issues we had quickly and efficiently.

Nice family trip

Great location. Short boat ride to Sebastian inlet. Newly remodel to entire house including pool and backyard. Check-in and communication was great with host. Will be looking to stay again.

30th Birthday Celebration

We had an amazing stay at Casa Del Rio the house is Beautiful, open airy and Bright! Very spacious for a family of 10! The pool area is gorgeous with a special bonus of a putting green that my son in law loved being an avid golfer the pool is really big and the family had a great time swimming in it ! We just loved hanging outside all day we also brought our boats and enjoyed the river and the sand bar in Sebastian Inlet. The neighbors are very friendly as well. Let’s get back inside because the rooms were beautiful with very very comfortable beds everyone in the family commented on them. The huge sliding glass doors were a plus because you had a great view of the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and a huge plus to have a double oven . The refrigerator was also very accommodating with a ton of space. Plenty of cabinet space to store dry goods. We also used the grill which was handy as well as the dining area outside. The kids loved the games provided. We also had enough room for a play pen that is very large in the living room for the 9 month old. My daughters want to stay here again next summer! A great home away from home!! Publix is just down the street and of course the beach is also very close by like walking distance !! Enjoy the sunsets they are spectacular!
