Ideally located for your holidays with family or friends, in a bucolic setting, the three cottages of Clos du Paradis invite you to experience the serenity of this charming village in the Bourbonnais countryside, near the Saint-Pourçain vineyards. The personalized décor of each cottage offers a cozy atmosphere, imbued with soft or vibrant hues. From the large terrace, you can enjoy views of the meadows and centuries-old oak trees. Nearby, you'll find a fitness trail, a children's playground, a water play area, a pétanque court, and a mini-stadium (basketball/football). The ground floor comprises a living room with a kitchenette, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), and one bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm). There is also a shower room (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet. Eco-friendly central heating (biomass network) and reversible air conditioning are included. 15 m² terrace, 400 m² private garden, views of the countryside, hedgerows, and pond. Souvigny 20 km. St Pourçain sur Sioule 12 km.
COTTAGE AMENITIES: Heating and electricity included, tea towels and basic supplies included (coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.).

For any bed linen option, it will be made upon your arrival.
Bed linen includes: pillowcases and bolster covers, fitted sheet, and duvet.
Towels include: 2 towels per person + 1 washcloth.

Check-in is from 4 pm onwards due to the owner's work schedule.

Super logement au vert !

Super location, au calme dans le joli village de Meillard. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme (les vaches dans le champs en face). Le logement était propre, la décoration agréable, la localisation pratique pour aller à droite et à gauche dans l’Allier. Blandine (qui a repris la gestion des 3 gîtes) est vraiment très agréable et arrangeante. Elle répond rapidement aux demandes et fait au mieux pour aider avant même le séjour. Accueil sur place très chaleureux. Jardin autour du gîte, fermé et sécurisé, idéal pour les enfants. Jardin public à 100m avec de nombreux jeux, jeux d’eau (sécurisés), tyrolienne en cours d’installation, etc .... Vraiment nous recommanderons ce gîte pour une famille de 4. Seul bémol, en cas de mauvais temps , un peu serré pour manger dedans (il faut un peu bouger les meubles (tables basse etc) mais nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse tout notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
