"I'd like to know what privileged lives people are leading, when they say the area around the hotel isn't safe. Munich is a big, multicultural city and the people in the area reflect that, but we never once felt unsafe, even when arriving back to the train station at 10pm with my 5-year old in tow. ..."

Be aware that the loft bed is basically on the floor. It was fine for us, but not for older adults. Had to book (for an additional cost) ..."
