FACING : South/west - Balcony - Nice view.  
  
COMPOSITION : Comfortable renovated studio around 43sqm for 4 people.

\- living room with double sofa bed of 140cm, decorative fireplace (do not use), a dining area,   
\- open kitchen on the living room with 4 induction burners, oven, microwave , fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine,   
\- cabin with bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under age 6), leading to the bathroom,
