The lobby, and restaurant area look pretty good. But the rooms definitely need an upgrade. Air conditioning not working properly all the time, you have to bang the door to the room to close it and open it, no coffee/tea amenities in room, no iron, no robe, no slippers.
No bellhop to help with luggage. I have fallen on the front steps of the hotel twice because the steps didn’t have enough light and floor markers. No one came to help me even though I’m sure I was visible to the desk staff through the glass doors.

The hotel was at a great location; not far from the attractions, but also in a quiet neighborhood. It’s was quaint and clean, too, and the staff was very helpful. I would have given it 5 stars, but our first night there the AC didn’t work so we had to tell the reception desk, and it was fixed by the following night. They even offered to put us in a different room, but we declined. The toilet water was also always running all the time which was annoying at night; we just closed the bathroom door and it was fine. I would stay here again though— those were not deal-breakers.

"This place is all about the location. The rooms are basic, the bathroom was tiny (shower so small the shower curtain stuck to you throughout the shower!) but it was spotlessly clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. But the view is dreamy! Especially loved the loungers on the rocks right next ..."
