7.8/10 Good! (454 reviews)
This hotel and staff are absolutely great. Great location. If you are looking for something plush with all the extras, this hotel is not for you. It is clean the beds are comfortable. But, the hotel amenities themselves are bare minimum. The rooms are small. We had three adult women in the family room and it was tiny. Barely room for all of our suitcases. There was a double bed and bunk beds. No dresser to put clothes in if you wanted to unpack.
Located down the street from the Earls Court underground, which was great to get around the city.
We all agreed we definitely would stay there again!!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,657 reviews)
This hotel was excellent! Its convenient location offered easy access to local attractions and public transit throughout London. The staff provided exceptional, proactive service and helpful guidance for first-time visitors. The rooftop was a great spot for drinks, and the restaurant/lounge had a lively atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I would gladly stay here again. Thank you!

"Check in was a pleasant experience. Room service was fantastic . However, tried to order some extra herbal tea bags and that was disappointing … I was told they’d send some up but they never did . When I tried to call again none answered the phone . I’ve tried over one hour and each time the phone ..."
